The Harrison

Harrison Lofts is a 75-unit adaptive re-use apartment project in the lifestyle-oriented (sub)urban Royal Oak neighborhood of Royal Oak, Michigan in suburban Metro-Detroit. The project was built in 2015 by renovating an abandoned industrial building and focusing on cutting edge design typical of popular global destinations.

The Harrison was developed by Robert Wolfson through the conversion of a vacant industrial building. Wolfson incorporated cutting-edge design from high-end markets where such aesthetics are commonplace and used them to create a vibrant and thriving area, reinventing the look and feel of the neighborhood.
