North Forum Reserve (Phase I)

North Forum Reserve is comprised of just under 70 acres in the affluent Ft. Myers market. The property is adjacent to the mixed-use development known as “The Forum” and will be split into multiple phases. Phase I will consist of 304 Build To Rent townhomes.
