North Forum Reserve (Phase II)

North Forum Reserve is comprised of just under 70 acres in the affluent Ft. Myers market. The property is adjacent to the mixed-use development known as “The Forum” and will be split into multiple phases. Phase II will consist of 300 multifamily apartments.

The project will compete with Class A garden-style apartments in providing cutting-edge design and finishes and superior amenities. Construction is scheduled to begin in late 2024.
